Boundary/Cadastral Surveys
Boundary/Cadastral Surveying
Boundary surveys are carried out to determine the location and mark property boundaries precisely. This type of survey is usually required for one or more of the following reasons:
- Where the actual location of a boundary is uncertain or in dispute
- For the installation of boundary fencing/retaining walls
- To ensure correct boundary setbacks are maintained before and during building works
- In conjunction with the preparation of a plan for consolidation or subdivision of land
